We are TPA Design, the leading agency for consulting, design and communication at the interface of brand, content and technology, with a focus on the real estate and health sectors.

For over 20 years, TPA Berlin has been successfully refining projects in the real estate sector with creative brand communication. We are designers, developers, consultants, researchers, creatives and doers with national and international clients. The core of our work is the development of product strategies and brands that are linked to topics such as “New and Co-Work”, “Retail of Tomorrow” or “Urban Healthy Living”.

We also live Life-Work-Dynamics and stand for openness and flexibility with our way of working. We work with work models that fit the individual life situations of our employees, including part-time work, parental leave arrangements, sabbaticals and home office.
